Turn Fear into Opportunity, without Losing Yourself

Turn Fear into Opportunity, without Losing Yourself

Hi There Sister, and welcome to the swirling of thoughts…

How scared are you
to be Seen, to be Witnessed,
and to be OUTSPOKEN..?

Big question, isn’t it…

The trifecta of

- What in the fff…?

It’s completely normal to be sitting there with wide eyes emoji expression, or you may have clenched your jaw of - hhhmmmm, what was that again…?

As you circle, and go up to read it again, pondering internally;

Is that even a normal question proposed on the table…?

As I sit here to giggle, imagining if “normal” ever truly existed.

Truth be told:

Every single one of us humans experience fear while holding hands with excitement
add in a dose of -uncertainty- when venturing into the unknown.

See, what the underlying simmering is your soul is a bit over in being caged

Stings a little in the nick…

Good-

Your skillset is meant to be shared with the world

And the shadows are beginning to create a ruckus for you to not only listen,

BUT,

My love, for you to pay attention,
to guidance of where you ought to go, next.

Which leads into this route of:

Are you ready to create an online presence and start your own freedom-based business…?

AND this feeling of hesitation has joined up, that IF you go, what is the cost to your identity

all that you’ve ever known

to cultivate a new land…

ONE that your 11-year-old
is begging for

to simply charge forward

and inspire the otherworld,
the unknown.

Starting a freedom-based business comes with its own set of challenges and apprehensions, AND with the right approach, you can overcome these stepping stones

and build a successful online presence while staying true to yourself.

That is what matters the most

REFUSE to sell your Soul to the DEVIL waiting to choke you out.

And the first one to the table:

Fear of failure:

The fear of failure is a common obstacle in every area of your world, especially when starting a tumultuous freedom-based business.

There is no guarantee of success, and it can be daunting, to say the least to invest time, money, and energy into a venture that may not succeed in the long run...

...while showing up with your wings outstretched, waiting for a windstorm to lift you up.

However, it’s important to remember that living life outside of boxes is a WILD learning process.

Embrace the possibility of failure as a stepping stone towards growth and success.

By adjusting your approach, shifting the lenses, tapping into your right notes…
… you can turn EVERYTHING into a valuable learning experience.

Next up:
Fear of financial insecurity

Without the safety net of a job, something that says IF I generate this, or complete this project, then this ____ resource lands in the wire transfer

… there is a scarcity fear that creeps in when you’re showering
with the ice cold droplets running down your spine

- gathering your thoughts, with each one slowly dripping over your eyes…

of what does it mean if you’re not generating enough income

to sustain the business and personal expenses that arrive by the 5th
of the month…

what bill is negotiated for another 30 days

along with your favorite cheesecake being put back on the shelf with a story that you're underserving.

- interesting how the world keeps spinning

by a gravitational suspense.

the heaviness of:

How do make enough money to eat, where do you eat, and when does the next meal arrive…?

This fear can lead to anxiety and stress about the future.

It can have you settle or negotiate your value with the lowest bidder or the 3-piece-suit that's looking to seduce you.

To address this fear, is to create a solid financial plan,
setting clear revenue goals for you in the visions ahead
of what is YOUR NET along with what does your business generate
to provide the LIFESTYLE your heart is searching for…

What's your motivator...?
please share with me, a little more...

In this big place called the Cosmos.

And lastly, diversifying your income streams and can provide a sense of security
and stability, slowly releasing the valve and the fear of financial insecurity.

ONE of the scariest of them all: Fear of isolation

Working independently in a freedom-based business can lead to
the fear of feeling isolated and disconnected from the outside world.

To approach this fear with empathy and compassion,
focus on building a supportive network of like-minded individuals
who understand the challenges, the frustrations, and the rewards of entrepreneurship.

Holding your Vision bigger than from where you’re standing
will inspire you to reach out for help along the way…

Joining online communities, that hold you close when rage and disappointment hits,

when confusion arrives
and attending touch-in
milestone points

can quite literally be
the line between life or death.

This entire movement is rooted from the 18th of July 2016

when I realized how ISOLATED
I felt in every area of my life.

On top of a HUGE mountain peak,
altho, realized how
Fragile is Life…

Seeking mentorship can provide the social interaction and support you need to navigate the enigmatic fear of isolation.

This next one, doesn’t discriminate with anyone: Fear of making the wrong decisions:

With the autonomy to make all decisions about the business, there is the fear of making the wrong choices that could potentially harm the business.

The weight of payroll, the weight of fulfilling on the promises, and what is your retention rates of WHO is under the umbrella.

This fear can lead to indecisiveness, hesitation, and a complete freeze state on the entire CNS ( central nervous system ) hindering the business's growth and success in the long term visions.

It’s much each easier to take care of the ones closest to you in your personal world And inside your business-

holding both of these lines allowing yourself to be the ONE
that holds this responsibility to.

Upholding your Integrity, to be considered trustworthy with your words and the spaces of quiet between these, to BE fully committed and focused, with the individuals standing with you or inside your sheets in the present moments, curling up to say thank you…

then it is to be ‘chasing’ your tail, again-

wonder why did she leave…?

To address this fear, seek guidance from mentors, peers and the ones that are the RIDE or DIE, no matter what shows up.

Embrace the learning opportunities that come with making decisions,
and remember that not every decision will be perfect, that’s the human experience.

Accepting the possibility of making mistakes is essential for growth and learning in your journey, evolving in life.

Last and certainly not least:
Fear of burnout

The freedom to set your own schedule and to create projects as much as you want can lead to the fear of becoming drained out.

Without the structure of do this, do that, clock in and clock out there is the risk of overworking and neglecting personal well-being.

To prevent the siphoning out on a slow drip feed going the opposite direction

prioritize self-care and establish a healthy work-life synergy.

Set clear precise lines of when your focus is sharp and the resplendent of you is as vibrant as the starts

Incorporate regular breaks, and engage in activities that rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit the unison of these parts.

By taking care of yourself, you can overcome the fear of meandering on a flat line and sustain your entrepreneurial lifestyle built by your long game…

So, there you have it,
these thoughts to ponder.

Embrace the unknown,
seek support from your network, and remember that every fear is an opportunity for growth.

Ask your avoidant to a pause a bit more frequently-
so you don’t ghost.

Asking these fears what is here for me to learn and staying true to yourself, you can create a stable
and thriving online presence while building the life

more than you can ever begin
to imagine.

Find HER,
the woman waiting
for you.

Keep walking along, hold my hand if you so, desire…

Appreciate you stopping in;
will be seeing you soon~
